  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Notification: You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods, such as holiday promotions or major sales events, order processing may experience a slight delay. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer fast, reliable Worldwide Shipping. Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Worldwide Express Shipping: 2 to 4 Business Days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order volume

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. While we make every effort to fulfill orders within the 2 to 4 business day window, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen postal or customs delays.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. The tracking link typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), customs tariffs, or other fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.

  • We are not responsible for these additional charges; they are solely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

  • If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us or destroyed by customs, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs and any associated fees from your refund.

Shipping Address & Modifications

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the shipping address or redirect the package.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Please note that express courier services offering our 2 to 4 day transit typically cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. A physical street address is required for express delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure your package arrives within the 2 to 4 business day timeframe, we are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include severe weather conditions, natural disasters, customs clearance holds, carrier inspections, labor strikes, or inaccessible delivery locations.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the contents immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local courier office first. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact our support team within 7 days. While we cannot be held strictly liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
