If your dog doesn't love it, send it back. You have a full year to decide.
Our guarantee
Every Emberkins product comes with a 365-day money-back guarantee. If your dog doesn't take to the fountain, if it doesn't fit your home, or if you're simply not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your purchase in full.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@emberkins.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours (free for US orders).
- Pack the product in its original box with all accessories included.
- Drop the package off at any carrier location listed on the label.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 3-5 business days. The funds will appear in your original payment method within 5-10 business days after that, depending on your bank.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned within 365 days of delivery.
- Include all original accessories, filters, and packaging.
- The product should be cleaned and emptied of water before shipping.
- Normal wear and tear is completely fine — we don't expect it to look brand new.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive the original.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, we'll send a replacement immediately — no need to return the original. Just send us a photo and your order number.
