We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. You'll receive an email with a tracking link at this stage.
In transit
The carrier has picked up your package and it's moving through their network. Check the tracking link for estimated delivery.
Out for delivery
Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today. Make sure someone is available to receive it.
Delivered
Your order has been delivered. If you can't find it, check with neighbors or your building's mail room. Still missing? Contact us right away.
Didn't get a tracking email?
If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you haven't received a tracking email, check your spam folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@emberkins.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
