365-Day Warranty

Every Emberkins product is backed by a full 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's covered

Your Emberkins warranty covers manufacturing defects for 365 days from the date of purchase. This includes:

  • Pump failure or malfunction
  • Battery charging issues or degradation beyond normal use
  • Cracks, leaks, or structural defects in the basin
  • Electronic component failure
  • Charging cable or adapter defects

What's not covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from using non-Emberkins replacement filters
  • Cosmetic scratches or discoloration from dishwasher use
  • Issues arising from modifications or unauthorized repairs

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email us at support@emberkins.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."
  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach a photo or short video showing the defect.
  4. We'll review your claim within 1-2 business days and respond with next steps.

Replacement process

Approved warranty claims receive a free replacement shipped at no cost. In most cases, you won't need to return the defective item — we just ask for photo proof. If we do need the item back for testing, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Extended protection

For peace of mind beyond the first year, we offer extended warranty coverage at checkout. Add it to your order for an additional 12 months of protection against manufacturing defects.
