Shipping
Every Emberkins order ships free, no minimum required. We process and dispatch all orders from our US warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Processing times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is packaged and labeled, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Standard orders: 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays: processed the next business day

United States
- Standard shipping (free): 3-7 business days
- Express shipping ($14.95): 2-3 business days
Canada
- Standard shipping ($9.95): 7-14 business days
International
- Standard shipping ($19.95): 14-21 business days
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and most EU countries. If you don't see your country at checkout, reach out to us at support@emberkins.com and we'll see what we can do.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, check the tracking link first. Carriers occasionally have updates that lag behind actual delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ days or the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us right away. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order and send a replacement if needed.
